The Crested Butte Ski Club strives to
groom its young athletes to participate
competitively on the race level. We have
great pride in our skiers and in our
coaches, and while the pool of athletes on
which we draw is small, it is talented, and
the Club has demonstrated a strong record
of success. Our coaches help racers set and
achieve their goals both monthly and
weekly, both on the hill and off, molding
the youth of the Gunnison Valley both in
sport and in character. All levels receive
video analysis from our highly certified
coaches, who provide early season and
weekday training for the J4 and J3 levels.
Participants travel to races, where USSA
membership is required.
